Job Description
This Sales Assistant Internship Programme is a 12-month structured graduate programme aimed at providing practical experience and workplace readiness for individuals with a National Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Office Administration. Minimum Requirements

Role Responsibility
Interns will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team. The core responsibilities include:
- Providing support to the Provincial Sales Manager and Account Executives
- Assisting with sales lead distribution and client liaison
- Handling telephone inquiries and escalating queries
- Responding to client emails and managing correspondence
- Supporting promotional campaigns and explaining product offerings
- Managing the client database and maintaining accurate information
- Creating SAP Purchase Requisitions and Service Entry Sheets
- Coordinating travel bookings and arrangements via SAP
- Ordering departmental stationery and managing supplies
- Supporting sales meetings, data collection, and preparing presentation templates
- Preparing deal management documentation and arranging required approvals
- Compiling sales reports, tracking sales expenses, and inputting data
- Coordinating internal meetings, workshops, events, and client engagements
- Attending to weekly staff meeting minutes, scanning, filing, and recordkeeping
- Supporting procurement functions and budget movements related to travel, supplies, and refreshments
- Managing diaries and internal scheduling for team members
