• Maintaining and analysing audit data using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting)
• Scheduling auditors and site visits according to client requirements
• Handling courier arrangements and internal documentation
• Ensuring strict compliance with Assurecloud protocols
• Responding to client and internal queries with professionalism
