Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Safripol Experiential Learnership 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification
• Completed BTech, BEng, or BSc degree in Chemical Engineering
• Exposure to chemical operations or a manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with individuals across all organizational levels
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
