KPA 2: Customer Stakeholder
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage stakeholder relations at blood drives and donor centers.
- Donor Welcome: Greet donors as they arrive, assist them with registration, and guide them through the process.
- Information Provision: Ensure donors read relevant pamphlets and posters before medical assessment.
- Form Assistance: Help donors complete forms and clarify any queries they may have.
- Complaint Handling: Address and report all complaints to the in-charge by the end of the shift.
