The programme is designed to provide practical on-the-job training while enabling learners to gain a nationally recognized qualification: Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 4).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Attend and participate in classroom-based lessons
- Engage in structured workplace-based learning
- Complete a Portfolio of Evidence and workplace logbooks
- Gain exposure to Sanlam’s systems, products, and services
- Participate in job training, performance assessments, coaching, and mentoring
- Undertake and pass both formative and summative assessments
- Carry out all assigned tasks and responsibilities under the guidance of your manager

Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must not currently be employed
- Must not hold a tertiary qualification
- Must be aged between 18 and 35 years
- Must have passed Grade 12 Mathematics / Mathematics Literacy / Accounting and English with a minimum mark of 50% each
- Must have a good command of English (read, write and speak fluently)
- Be willing to commit to complete the 12-month Programme, which includes a full qualification, a Certificate in Wealth Management, NQF Level 4
- Have a clear criminal and credit record
- Have access to reliable transport
