Sanlam Corporate, a division of the esteemed Sanlam Group, is offering this learnership as part of its Youth Empowerment Programme (YEP). The programme is designed to provide practical on-the-job training while enabling learners to gain a nationally recognized qualification: Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 4).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Attend and participate in classroom-based lessons
• Engage in structured workplace-based learning
• Complete a Portfolio of Evidence and workplace logbooks
• Gain exposure to Sanlam’s systems, products, and services
• Participate in job training, performance assessments, coaching, and mentoring
• Undertake and pass both formative and summative assessments
• Carry out all assigned tasks and responsibilities under the guidance of your manager

Who Should Apply?

Requirements:

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must not currently be employed
• Must not hold a tertiary qualification
• Must be aged between 18 and 35 years
• Must have passed Grade 12 Mathematics / Mathematics Literacy / Accounting and English with a minimum mark of 50% each
• Must have a good command of English (read, write and speak fluently)
• Be willing to commit to complete the 12-month Programme, which includes a full qualification, a Certificate in Wealth Management, NQF Level 4
• Have a clear criminal and credit record
• Have access to reliable transport
