Role Overview: Graduate Intern in Human Resources

As a Graduate Intern in Human Resources at MiWayLife, you will gain practical exposure and hands-on experience in HR administration, support, and coordination. This role encompasses a wide range of HR functions, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment, Selection, and Induction Processes
  • Advertising Vacancies: Posting job openings on various recruitment portals.
  • Shortlisting Candidates: Evaluating potential candidates from recruitment portals and agencies.
  • Communication: Maintaining regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews and assessments for shortlisted candidates.
  • Orientation and Induction: Organizing orientation and induction sessions for new employees.
  • Regret Communication: Sending notifications to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new hires and the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Background and Risk Checks: Conducting necessary checks for successful applicants.

  • Addressing employee questions and concerns related to HR processes.

  • Compiling monthly HR reports.

Qualifications and Experience
