Role Overview: Graduate Intern in Human Resources

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, Selection, and Induction Processes
- Advertising Vacancies: Posting job openings on various recruitment portals.
- Shortlisting Candidates: Evaluating potential candidates from recruitment portals and agencies.
- Communication: Maintaining regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews and assessments for shortlisted candidates.
- Orientation and Induction: Organizing orientation and induction sessions for new employees.
- Regret Communication: Sending notifications to unsuccessful candidates.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new hires and the offboarding process for departing employees.
