The Sasol Administration Learnership is a structured training programme that combines:

- Practical workplace experience in Sasol Mining operations at Secunda.
Learners will gain foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer literacy, and business operations. The programme prepares participants to perform administrative functions effectively, ensuring readiness for long-term careers in the professional world.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- South African citizenship
- Persons living with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
- Willingness to commit to a 12-month fixed-term learnership
- Basic understanding of administrative functions and interest in office support roles
Role Responsibility
During the programme, learners will:
- Participate in all theoretical training and successfully complete assessments
- Provide administrative support to departments and managers within Sasol Mining
- Assist with workflow management, planning, and coordination tasks
- Support workplace readiness initiatives and training exercises
- Contribute to improving departmental efficiency and performance
