Job Description
As a Cash Processor, you will be responsible for handling cash deposits, sorting banknotes, reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Your role will involve working in a high-security environment where accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.

Role Responsibility
- Receiving Cash: Process incoming cash deposits, check for damages, and update the applicable systems
- Cash Preparation: Verify bags and containers, prepare workstations for counting, and adhere to security protocols
- Note Sorting: Sort and balance cash deposits, report discrepancies, and complete production sheets
- Reconciliation of Deposits: Ensure all rejected notes are validated and reconcile transactions accurately
- Desktop Deposit Processing: Process deposits separately per customer and balance transactions daily
- Sachet & Coin Processing: Handle bulk coin deposits, verify transactions, and balance bins efficiently
- Bank System Integration: Validate transactions, escalate downtime issues, and prevent mispostings
- Payroll & Change Handling: Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with client SLAs
- Treasury & Prepack Services: Assist in packing and unpacking ATM and bank cash securely
- Equipment Management: Maintain and utilize machinery efficiently, reporting any defects

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Maths Literacy
- 6 months of previous cashier/teller experience (Advantageous)
- Successfully completed SBV Cash Processor Training
