Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the fundamentals of rock breaking techniques and safety protocols.
- Operate rock breaking equipment under supervision.
- Assist experienced miners in various tasks.
- Participate in classroom instruction and complete assessments.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Grade 9 or equivalent NQF Level 1 Educational Certificate.
- Passes in Mathematics and English Communication.
- Must be declared medically fit for the position.
- Previous mining experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
