Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the fundamentals of rock breaking techniques and safety protocols.
• Operate rock breaking equipment under supervision.
• Assist experienced miners in various tasks.
• Participate in classroom instruction and complete assessments.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Grade 9 or equivalent NQF Level 1 Educational Certificate.
• Passes in Mathematics and English Communication.
• Must be declared medically fit for the position.
• Previous mining experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
