Sibanye-Stillwater x3 HR Assistants 2024 Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant Operations SF to join our team in Rustenburg. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department’s daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Achieve quality and quantity outputs by effectively planning and utilizing HR resources.
- Generate, compile, and submit reports and statistics as required by management.
- Adhere to HR practices and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct work assessments according to standards and procedures.
- Coach employees on best practices and provide guidance based on knowledge and experience.
- Business/Operational Support:
- Assist with employee relations, staffing, recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
- Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Update and maintain data on HR systems and generate relevant reports.
- Maintain effective overtime control processes.
- Ensure document control and record keeping.
- Manage attendance processes efficiently.
- Ensure Sox compliance and adherence to T&A standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Requirements:
- NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate/Grade 12 or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in a related field.
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- Clear security screening record.
- Clear credit record.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
- Advantageous:
- NQF 5 (Diploma or Higher Certificate) or NQF 6 (National Diploma or an Advanced Certificate) in a related field.
- Level 5: Higher Certificates and Advanced National Certificates in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies.
