Your Role & Key Responsibilities
As a Salesperson, your primary goal will be to maximize income through effective product sales and exceptional customer service. You will be the face of the company, working closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions to meet those needs. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Sales Generation:
- Conduct in-store sales activities to promote products and drive revenue.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and income objectives.
- Customer Engagement:
- Create an inviting atmosphere through excellent merchandising techniques.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their preferences.
- Administration & Compliance:
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately, following company policies.
- Customer Service:
- Handle all customer inquiries and interactions with a customer-centric mindset.
What You Bring to the Team – Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Grade 12 qualification.
- Experience: 7 to 12 months of retail sales experience (preferably in a retail setting).
