Tolcon’s L&D Learnership is a structured program that provides learners with exposure to real workplace practices in the infrastructure and tolling industry. Participants actively contribute to the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs across multiple platforms while acquiring professional skills that enhance career growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • South African citizenship with a valid ID
  • Under 35 years of age
  • Completed Matric qualification
  • No prior work experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with digital design tools (Canva, Clipchamp)
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Administrative and data management proficiency
  • Ability to adapt, learn, and collaborate in a team or independently

Role Responsibility:

  • Create, design, and implement customized learning initiatives
  • Assist the L&D Manager in identifying, designing, and delivering learning programs
  • Update and publish organizational learning resources using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, iSpring Suite, or KnowBe4
  • Support virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions
  • Prepare, refine, and maintain training materials and organizational resources
  • Provide administrative support, including training logistics and reporting
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify learning requirements and skill gaps
  • Track individual development plans and progress
  • Engage with external training providers and recommend suitable partners
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collaborate and communicate with trainers, managers, and employees
  • Participate in L&D team meetings and activities
