South32: Learnerships Opportunities (Apply with Grade 12) The purpose of the role is to provide training and development opportunity to achieve the MQA Skills Programme certification for underground and surface Mobile Machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete the learnership program;
- Obtain MQA Certificate, per the requirements of the chosen area of training;
- Demonstrate commitment to South32 Values and Care Strategy;
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of Mine Safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / (N3)
- Maths, Science (Advantageous).
- Valid Driver’s license is essential;
- Mining Experience will be advantageous;
- Proof of residence is essential.
