Your Role in This Journey: Learn, Serve, and Grow

This is not just a job—it’s a learning journey. As a Learner at the Voice Branch Call Center, you’ll bridge the gap between theory and practice. Your work will directly support real banking operations while you gain invaluable insights into the full banking ecosystem.

You’ll also complete a Certificate in Agile Banking at NQF Level 5, earning FAIS accreditation and significantly boosting your employability in the financial sector.


Minimum Job Requirements

To be considered, candidates must:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Be between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Hold a completed undergraduate qualification.
  • Be computer literate and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Not be currently employed or studying at any institution.
  • Not be enrolled in any other learnership or internship.

What You’ll Do Daily

  • Build communication and service excellence in a professional voice-based environment.
  • Understand the full customer service value chain in banking.
  • Develop telephone and email etiquette.
  • Resolve client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Process and analyse client information.
  • Engage customers and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Learn financial product knowledge and compliance within a regulated environment.
