Tasks
As an Insurance Business Intern, you will be involved in several strategic and operational areas, including:

Gaining a full understanding of the insurance service value chain
Participating in customer service and sales initiatives

Learning operations and internal systems
Analysing and processing information effectively
Understanding financial and regulatory compliance
Identifying customer needs and delivering suitable insurance solutions
Applying data analytics in decision-making and customer insights

Qualifications
To qualify for this internship, applicants must hold a tertiary qualification in one of the following disciplines:

BCom Business Management
BCom Economics
BCom Finance
Human Resources (HR)
IT-Related Qualifications / Information Systems

Candidates must submit certified copies of qualifications and transcripts during the application process.

Experience
Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must be a South African citizen
Age between 18 and 30 years
Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
Computer literate and familiar with basic office software
Unemployed for no longer than six months
Not currently enrolled in any other learnership or study programme
Available to commit to the full internship duration (12 months)
