Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Stats SA Internship Programme 2025 is a passionate, driven, and academically qualified graduate who meets the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
- Must be unemployed and available for the duration of the internship (24 months)
- Must not have participated in any prior internship programme in the public service
- Must have completed a National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Honours, or Masterās degree in the relevant field
- Must demonstrate a strong interest in public sector development, data management, and service delivery
Role Responsibility
Interns will be placed in relevant departments where they will:
