Your Role: Sales Assistant
Be the Face of Our Fashion Revolution
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be on the frontline of our stores—welcoming customers, offering expert fashion advice, and ensuring that every shopping experience is smooth, fun, and memorable. Whether you’re helping someone find the perfect pair of sneakers or organizing stock for the weekend rush, you’ll be a vital part of what makes Studio 88 thrive.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
Retail apparel experience is a major advantage
Comfortable working with POS systems and handling cash
Inventory management and stockroom organization skills
What You’ll Do Daily:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences
- Operate tills and process payments accurately
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is well displayed
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store
- Conduct spot checks and assist in inventory control
- Support your teammates in meeting daily sales goals

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and friendly customer service approach
- Professional appearance and confident demeanour
- Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
