What You’ll Be Doing
Interns will gain practical experience by participating in various marketing-related activities. Areas of exposure will include:
- Engaging with customers to compile action plans and coordinate arrangements for events
- Communicating event plans and logistics to business unit properties
- Coordinating appointments, site visits, meetings, presentations, and events
- Following up with clients regarding satisfaction levels and identifying new business opportunities
- Making bookings and reservations using internal systems while recording accurate customer profiles
- Communicating event details with customers and relevant stakeholders
