Job Description:
The Hotel Supervisor will lead operational excellence in guest services and back-of-house coordination. Key Responsibilities Include:
Hotel Duty Management
- Oversee daily hotel operations from guest arrival to departure

- Execute new projects and service offerings efficiently
- Be present on the hotel floor to personally engage with guests
- Monitor staff appearance and front-of-house cleanliness and functionality
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance or equipment issues
- Professionally manage guest complaints and service recovery efforts
- Compile detailed shift reports and updates for senior management
Compliance Management
- Review and ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures
- Implement internal control systems to minimize risk
- Conduct weekly inspections of front and back of house for safety and hygiene
- Ensure property maintenance aligns with brand expectations
- Review and act on audit findings and compliance issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any service-level discrepancies
Customer Experience Management

- At least 3 years in a supervisory or duty manager role
- Previous experience managing customer complaints and service escalations
- Working knowledge of front-of-house and facilities management
Work Conditions:
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Must be available for night shifts, early morning duties, and special event coverage
