What is Takeover Regulation Panel: Finance and Administration Internship?
The Finance and Administration Internship is a graduate training programme aimed at developing future finance professionals. Interns will gain practical exposure to financial operations including budgets, reporting, audits, and compliance. Beyond financial administration, the programme provides insights into how the Panel safeguards corporate governance during business takeovers and mergers.

Minimum Requirements:
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• BCom Accounting / Finance Degree or Diploma
• Age between 18 and 35 years
• South African citizenship
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Strong computer literacy
• Must not be permanently employed
• Must have no criminal record
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow professionally

Role Responsibility:
Interns will actively participate in the Panel’s finance operations and will be responsible for:

• Capturing and processing financial transactions
• Assisting with budget preparation and financial reporting
• Supporting audit and compliance activities
• Maintaining financial administration records
• Learning and applying best practices in corporate finance
