This structured 24-month graduate internship is crafted to prepare participants for leadership roles within the FMCG industry by offering hands-on exposure, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.
What is the Tiger Brands Future Leaders Graduate Internship?
The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Graduate Internship, also known as the FLDP, is a professional development programme designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the FMCG sector. Through this programme, graduates will:
- Gain hands-on industry experience in one of Africa’s top FMCG companies.
- Participate in a structured training programme combining mentorship, workshops, and on-the-job learning.
- Build a strong career foundation in FMCG leadership roles.

- Degree: Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- Chemical Engineering Graduate / Intern
- Degree: BSc or BEng in Chemical Engineering

- Degree: BSc or BEng in Mechanical Engineering
- Corporate Affairs Graduate / Intern
- Degree: Business Management, Economics, Enterprise Development, Communications, Strategic Communication, or Journalism

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Hold a 3- or 4-year tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Have a strong academic record
- Be passionate about developing a career in the FMCG industry
- Have little to no prior work experience in their chosen discipline
