Job Description
The Toyota Graduate Training Programme is a structured, career-enabling experience tailored for recent graduates or final-year students. Over a 24-month period, successful applicants will be immersed in hands-on training, practical projects, classroom-based learning modules, and professional mentorship. This hybrid development approach is built around the 70:20:10 model:
- 70% on-the-job experience

Requirements
Toyota is seeking recent graduates or students in their final academic year who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Education Level: NQF Level 6 (360 credits)
- Fields of Study:
- Engineering: BSc/BTech/BEng in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics
- Supply Chain: BCom/BTech
- Computer Science / Coding: BSc
- Marketing & Economics: BCom
- Law: LLB (4-year law degree)
- Humanities / Business: BCom, BSocSci, BA in Management, Communications or related fields
- Accounting: BCom, Chartered Accountant (articles completed with Big 4), CIMA Level 3, Management Accounting
- Information Technology: BSc, BTech, or National Diploma
- Human Resources / Industrial Psychology: BCom or BTech

- Must be a South African citizen or possess legal work status
- Passionate about contributing to the automotive and manufacturing industry
- Willing to relocate if necessary
