Toyota Graduate Training Programme 2025 Toyota South Africa is offering an exceptional opportunity for graduates to participate in its 2026 Graduate Training Programme, a two-year development initiative aimed at producing future industry leaders.
For more than 20 years, Toyota has maintained a strong presence as a market leader in the automotive sector. With operations based in both Durban and Johannesburg, this programme offers selected graduates a structured path of professional and personal development across various disciplines.
About the Programme
This two-year development programme is based on Toyota’s core philosophy, The Toyota Way, which is built on two key pillars: Respect for People and Continuous Improvement. The programme combines:
- 70% on-the-job training
- 20% classroom learning
- 10% mentorship and coaching
Participants will be actively involved in real business projects while gaining skills that prepare them for long-term career success.
Areas of Study Considered
To be eligible, applicants must be in their final year of study or have already completed a qualification with a minimum of NQF Level 6 (360 credits). Fields of study include:
- Engineering – BSc, BEng, BTech (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Civil)
- Supply Chain Management – BCom, BTech
- Computer Science / Information Technology – BSc, BTech, ND
- Marketing / Communications – BCom, BSoc Sci, BA
- Economics / Accounting / Management Accounting – BCom
- Chartered Accountancy – Completion of articles at a Big 4 auditing firm
- CIMA – Up to level 3
- Business Administration – BBusSci, BBA
- Human Resources / Industrial Psychology – BCom, BTech
- Law – LLB (Four-year degree)
