The Toyota Learner Maintenance programme offers comprehensive training in various technical aspects of automotive production. Participants will learn and enhance their skills in the following areas:
- Working efficiently in a team
- Handling safety hand tools
- Reading and understanding assembly and manufacturing drawings
- Marking off welding techniques
- Operating and monitoring production machines
- Surface preparation
- Firefighting procedures
- Operations and dispatch of products
Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for this learnership programme, applicants must possess one of the following:
- National Technical Certificate (N3-N6)
- Matric/Technical Matric with subjects such as Mathematics, Physical Science, Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory, Mechanical Trade Theory, Motor Trade Theory, or Mechanical Drawing and Graphical Design.
