This programme is designed to prepare learners for careers in mechanical, electrical, and automotive maintenance, offering both classroom learning and on-the-job exposure.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following academic qualifications to be considered:

• National Technical Certificate (N3 – N6)
• Matric / Technical Matric with the following subjects:
  • Mathematics
  • Physical Science or Engineering Science
  • Electrical Trade Theory / Mechanical Trade Theory / Motor Trade Theory
  • Mechanical Drawing or Graphical Design

Role Responsibility

Participants in the Toyota Maintenance Learnership Programme will:

• Complete classroom-based training aligned with trade and Toyota standards
