What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Upselling and cross-selling Tracker products and services across different campaigns
• Maintaining customer relationships through regular contact and excellent service
• Developing innovative sales strategies and implementing creative techniques to close deals
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Following up on sales leads, queries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with appropriate Tracker services
• Staying up-to-date on market trends and Tracker’s latest offerings
• Supporting the team by contributing positively in a highly pressurised environment
• Working overtime or Saturdays as and when required by management

Requirements:

• Matric and minimum of 1-2 years outbound sales experience in a call centre
• Excellent typing and accurate data capturing skills
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

• Persuasive and competitive nature will be an advantage
• Proven sales record
