Key Responsibilities

As a National Emergency Control Centre Operator at Tracker, your role will include:

1. Emergency Control Centre Duties

  • Receive and respond to inbound emergency calls from Tracker clients.
  • Activate and action events according to NECC protocols and SAPS MOU & SOP.
