As a Port Worker, your main responsibility will be to ensure the efficient handling and transportation of cargo. Your duties will include cleaning and maintaining operational equipment, ensuring safety standards are met, and assisting with cargo loading/unloading processes. You will also be responsible for inspecting containers and maintaining a clean working environment. In addition, you will need to complete documentation related to the operations and adhere to company policies on health and safety.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Operations Manager, and your performance will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of the port terminal operations. Your tasks will require coordination with other workers and supervisors to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to operational procedures.

  • Stack Positions: Knowledge of stack positions and how they affect the loading and unloading of cargo is crucial in this role.
