Job Description:
Tronox KZN Sands Learnership Programme 2025 is designed to provide comprehensive training and development for selected candidates in the following fields:
- Mineral Processing Level 2 (8 Positions)
- Laboratory Learnership (8 Positions)
- Metal Production (8 Positions)
This programme offers a unique blend of classroom-based theoretical learning and hands-on practical experience at the KZN Sands operations located in Empangeni and Mtunzini, KwaZulu-Natal.
Ideal Candidate:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- South African citizen
- Grade 12/N3 with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science (Advantageous)
- A valid driver’s license (Advantageous)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong planning and organizational skills
Role Responsibility:
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to company safety regulations and best practices
- Actively participating in production processes to gain practical experience
- Ensuring that all processed documents comply with the required standards
- Carrying out housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Conducting routine inspections to ensure quality control and operational efficiency
