As this exciting iGaming platform expands, the company is now seeking passionate and experienced Call Centre Agents to provide exceptional support to a growing base of online customers.
This role is ideal for customer service professionals with a flair for digital communication and a love for the fast-paced gaming industry. Your contribution will be vital in creating memorable client experiences, guiding users through the online betting process, and enhancing customer loyalty.
All new hires will receive comprehensive training to ensure a confident and successful start in this role.
Tasks
As a Call Centre Agent at playTSOGO, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer support via Live Chat and Email communication
- Guiding users through the online site and its product offerings
- Delivering a personalized customer experience that drives loyalty
- Handling both inbound and outbound communications effectively
- Following prepared scripts to onboard and welcome new customers
- Explaining promotions and registration requirements clearly
- Collaborating with internal teams like Marketing and Finance to resolve customer queries
- Navigating multiple digital systems and platforms with ease
- Escalating unresolved or complex issues appropriately
- Adhering to the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework
- Demonstrating adaptability in handling a wide range of customer personality types
- Building in-depth knowledge of playTSOGO’s offerings and services
- Interpreting and communicating customer expectations accurately
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following educational criteria:
- Matric / Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification is essential
- Additional tertiary qualifications in communication, customer service, or digital technologies are advantageous but not mandatory
Experience
Preferred experience requirements include:
- Minimum of 1–2 years in a customer service role
- Previous work experience in a Casino, Betting, or iGaming environment is highly desirable
- Proven success in handling both outbound and inbound customer support
- Strong multitasking and system navigation abilities
- Familiarity with digital platforms and online user journeys
- Excellent written communication skills in English
