Job Description:
The Accounts Clerk will play a vital role in managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing payments to suppliers according to company policies and gaming regulations
- Processing cashbook transactions and balancing sheet accounts accurately and promptly
- Managing EFT payment batches using Accpac software
- Maintaining and updating the supplier information database and filing systems
- Identifying errors in financial documentation and taking immediate corrective action
- Auditing, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to ensure accuracy
- Compiling accurate creditors’ aged reports and taking corrective action where necessary
- Delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Working independently and collaboratively to uphold financial accuracy and efficiency
