POST DESCRIPTION:
- Industrial Electronics N4-N6;
- Electro Technics N4-N6
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- A National Senior Certificate (Matric);
- National Diploma/Degree
- TVET Education Lecturing Qualification.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of zero to two (0-2) years’ experience in the TVET Sector;
- Registered with South African Council for Educators (SACE);
- Moderator and Assessor certificate will be an added advantage;
- Driver’s licence is an added advantage.

2. WATERBERG TVET COLLEGE
APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES TO APPLY THE FOLLOWING VACANT POSITIONS:
POST 1: PL1 LECTURER – MATHEMATICS
REFERENCE: WTVET 2024/16
COLLEGE APPOINTMENT: 4-MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT (1 SEPTEMBER 2024 – 31 DECEMBER 2024)
SALARY: R 256 395 PER ANNUM PLUS 37% IN LIEU OF BENEFITS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- National Senior Certificate/Grade 12/Standard 10/NCV level 4 and Relevant REQV 13 (Diploma/Degree) in Mathematics
- A recognized Teaching qualification
- Registration with SACE
- At least two (2) years teaching experience
- Registered Assessor and/or Moderator
- Valid Drivers’ Licence
- Computer Literate (MS Office package).
- Able to teach Mathematics NCV L4

- A recognized Teacher’s qualification
- Valid SACE Registration
- Knowledge in specific subject area(s)
POST 2: PL1 LECTURER – ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
REFERENCE: MALUTI TVET/LELECTRICAL/KWE018/2024
COLLEGE APPOINTMENT: 3 YEAR CONTRACT
SALARY: R 256 395 PER ANNUM
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12/ Standard 10/ NCV Level 4
- 3 Year National Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering
- A recognized Teacher’s qualification
- Valid SACE Registration
- Knowledge in specific subject area(s)
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Artisan
- Assessor / Moderator Certificate
- Experience in the TVET Sector
- Computer Knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in facilitating skills programme
