Operating from various locations, including Value City’s world-class facility in Elandsfontein, the programme offers extensive exposure across different sites in Gauteng, Cato Ridge, KZN, and Joostenbergvlakte, Cape Town. The programme runs Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 17:00, with occasional night shifts for a more comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Graduate Development Programme, you will support Value Logistics’ management team in several critical areas, gaining practical experience and contributing to the company’s success. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting managers with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of various departmental functions within the Group.
