To be eligible for the Discover Graduate Programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Work Experience: Less than two years of working experience post-studies.
- Age: 26 years old or younger.
- Citizenship: South African Citizen by Birth/Naturalisation, or permanent resident. However, citizens of the DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
- Academic Achievement: A minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
- Qualifications: A minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7). A three-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in specific areas such as Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, and Information Systems/Information Technology.
