The Graduate Development Programme at Newzroom Afrika offers a structured and comprehensive platform for recent graduates to kick-start their careers in professional services. As a graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to develop foundational skills, work on diverse projects, and receive mentorship from industry experts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
- Should be a South African Citizen
- Recently graduated
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Have an academic performance record average of at least 65% or higher
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Not in a permanent employment
- You would need to be willing to work irregular hours or shifts
- (including weekends and public holidays)
- Not registered or participating in another graduate programme
- Clear criminal record
QUALIFICATION
Degree/Diploma or related qualification in the following fields:
- Journalism
- Engineering
- Media Studies
- Multimedia
- Marketing
- Post graduate qualification in any of the above streams will be an added advantage
The programme will commence on the 1st of April 2024 and will last for 12 months.
