What is Pick n Pay Wholesale & Retail Operations Learnerships?

The Pick n Pay Wholesale & Retail Operations Learnership is a 12-month paid programme that combines classroom-based learning with on-the-job retail experience. Learners will be involved in customer service, stock management, store layouts, and visual merchandising while gaining a nationally recognized qualification.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a South African citizen aged 18–35
• Hold a Grade 12 qualification with English and Maths/Maths Literacy at NQF Level 2
• Be unemployed and not currently studying
• Commit to the 12-month learnership programme
• Be able to attend classroom and in-store training

Role Responsibility

As a learner, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting day-to-day retail operations
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management
• Creating visually appealing store displays
• Enhancing customer shopping experiences
• Working collaboratively with the retail team
• Following Pick n Pay’s operational standards and values
