About the Learnership Programme
Woodlands Dairy Learnership Programme 2025 Woodlands Dairy is excited to announce its 2025 Learnership Programme, aimed at empowering South African youth with practical and theoretical training in dairy production. This is a 12-month, structured learning opportunity designed to build foundational skills and open doors to a career in the dairy industry.
Learners will gain valuable insights and hands-on experience in:
- Milk reception and handling processes
- Laboratory testing of milk
- Cleaning and sanitation procedures (CIP & COP systems)
- Identification and differentiation of various milk types
At the end of the programme, successful participants will receive a nationally recognised qualification, enhancing employability in the agricultural and food production sectors.
Who Should Apply?
This opportunity is ideal for young, motivated individuals who are passionate about the food and dairy sector. To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 29 years old
- Have successfully completed Matric (Grade 12)
- Be currently unemployed
- Have no prior work experience
