Minimum Requirements
- BEng/BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Post-graduate qualification advantageous
- Professionally registered with ECSA as Engineer or Technologist (proof of submission acceptable)
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering
- Proven experience across full project lifecycle: planning, design, and construction
- Strong knowledge of bulk water conveyance systems
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; MS Projects knowledge advantageous
- Project management and construction oversight experience
- Understanding of GCC and FIDIC contracts
- Knowledge of 3D engineering software (Autodesk preferred)
- Effective communication skills
