Duties & Responsibilities

  • Invoicing Expertise: Efficiently manage and process basic invoicing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Client and Dealer Support: Provide exceptional assistance to walk-in clients and dealers, addressing their inquiries and facilitating their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Office System Management: Maintain and streamline office systems to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Administrative Assistance for Sales: Offer comprehensive administrative documentation support to Vehicle Sales Personnel, aiding in seamless sales processes.
  • Administrative Support for Vehicle Acquisition: Assist Vehicle Buying Personnel with precise and thorough admin documentation, ensuring efficient vehicle acquisition processes.
  • Branch and Head Office Coordination: Serve as a pivotal liaison between the branch and Head Office, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Office Equipment and Supplies Management: Oversee the maintenance, organization, and procurement of office equipment and supplies, ensuring a well-equipped work environment.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare, compile, and submit detailed monthly reports, providing insights and updates on various office operations.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Possess in-depth understanding of the vehicle industry, including relevant terminology and operational standards.

Further Requirements

  • Reliable Transportation: Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Clean Background Check: Maintain a clean criminal record.
  • Verifiable References: Provide contactable references and a verifiable employment history.
  • Immediate Availability: Be ready and available to commence employment as soon as possible.
