Modules covered over the 12 month period:
- Understand the retail supply chain
- Resolving customer queries and complaints
- Merchandising and Maintaining Displays

Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Passed English First or Second Language (Grade 12)
- Passed Mathematics Literacy or Mathematics (Grade 12)
- Age 18 – 33 years old
