Job Purpose

To maintain Regional Corporate Real Estate (CRE) buildings and infrastructure by ensuring that all operational maintenance and facilities objectives are achieved.

Process

  • Assist with arrangements and serve tea/coffee for official meetings
  • Ensure availability of clean water, glasses, and bottles in conference rooms
  • Assist with completion of order/stock requisitions for kitchen supplies
  • Unpack stock when it arrives
  • Perform cleaning duties according to agreed quality standards and time parameters
  • Prepare serving utensils, food, and beverages before meetings
  • Clean up after events, including clearing and washing
  • Prepare tea and refreshments for meetings and functions
  • Serve tea and coffee on time
  • Control kitchen stock (coffee, tea, milk, sugar, cleaning materials)
  • Report low stock levels to the responsible person
  • Wash dishcloths and clean kitchen cupboards, fridge, and microwave when necessary
  • Adhere to changes in work processes
  • Communicate progress on requests
  • Ensure quality of work and minimise mistakes
  • Plan and organise own work tasks
  • Report on daily task activities
  • Resolve problems and report issues
