Road Accident Fund Administrative Assistant: Claims x3 The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Claims department in Johannesburg. In this role, you’ll provide essential day-to-day administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our mission of assisting those affected by road accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance administration: Maintain meticulous records, ensure adherence to policies, and stay informed about internal standards.
  • Office coordination: Handle inquiries, track deadlines, manage stationery supplies, and verify information accuracy.
  • Meeting support: Arrange meetings, take minutes, follow up on action items, and manage team calendars.
  • Document and records management: Organize files, retrieve information, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric or Grade 12 certificate.
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain management processes.
  • Fundamental financial knowledge.
