Coca Cola Engineering In-Service Training 2024 Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is seeking a driven In-Service Engineering Trainee to join their dynamic Manufacturing team in Midrand. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience, apply your theoretical knowledge, and kickstart your engineering career with a global leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Proactively inspect, adjust, and repair equipment to meet maintenance targets and optimize efficiency.
- Efficiency Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance department productivity and minimize losses.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize your engineering knowledge to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science (minimum 40%), excluding Mathematics Literacy
- Two South African Languages (minimum 40%)
- Currently studying towards a National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Completed theoretical modules and require practical exposure to complete your qualification
- Must be a South African citizen, an Employment Equity candidate, and between 18-35 years old
- Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment
- Must provide a letter from your institution requesting workplace experience
