Qualifications & Experience:

To be eligible for the YES Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Possess a Grade 12 senior certificate or equivalent.
Be a South African citizen.
Age between 18 and 34 years.
Align with the Employment Equity (EE) requirements of the Programme.
Be available and committed to work full-time for 12 months.
Have a keen interest in the Transport and Logistics industry.
Be unemployed and not enrolled in any academic studies for 2024.
Not have participated in the YES Programme previously with any company.

Key Responsibilities:

Participants in the YES Programme will embark on a 12-month journey comprising 25 modules of both theoretical and practical components. These modules will be completed on the YES Platform, with a portfolio of evidence to be submitted upon completion of the Programme.
