Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Business English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Mobility and Availability:
- Willingness and ability to travel off-site and stay overnight when required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Stock Management:
- Maintain the integrity of stock by ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed at all times.
Product Delivery:
- Deliver products to customers accurately according to the invoice, adhering to customer specifications and delivery guidelines.
Temperature Control:
- Ensure that products are delivered at the prescribed temperature to maintain quality and compliance with safety standards.
Container Handling:
- Efficiently handle containers such as pallets and crates, ensuring they are managed and returned appropriately.
Cash Handling:
- Assist in the collection and secure handling of cash from deliveries, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Stock Recheck Procedures:
- Adhere to stock recheck procedures when required, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and addressed promptly.
Safety Compliance:
- Comply with and adhere to all safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Administrative Duties:
- Invoice Verification:
- Assist in verifying all invoices and uplifts prior to departure, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Document Management:
- Ensure the return of all route documents, including invoices, pallet slips, return authorizations, and customer claims, in accordance with company procedures.
- Proof of Delivery (POD):
- Ensure full proof of delivery by obtaining signed and accepted documentation from customers.
- Document Modification:
- Make necessary modifications to documents where applicable, ensuring all changes are recorded accurately.
- Return Procedures:
- Ensure returns are processed correctly and all related documents are handed in according to procedure, maintaining accurate records.
