Position: INTERNSHIP (REF NO: NDOH 9/2024) – 5 Positions Available

Location: Pretoria, South Africa
Stipend: R7,043.31 per month
Duration: 12 months

Requirements:

• National Diploma (NQF 6) / Degree (NQF 7) in Microbiology, Biomedical Science.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), planning, and organizing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the import and export processes of biological materials.
• Conduct inspections of laboratories and tissue banks.
• Research international standards for establishing pathological laboratories and tissue banks.
• Verify registration of Principal Investigators / Medical Specialists with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
