Job Purpose
The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a specialized discipline in the field of study.
About the Graduate Programme
- The incumbent will gain exposure to the following areas:
- Tailings dam design, construction and operating requirements.
- Gain understanding on the implementation GISM (Global industry standard on tailings management) on various Fraser Alexander sites
- Exposure to technical reporting, presentation and technical meetings on tailings management.
- Plant structures and civils works including designs exposure.
- Exposure to the metallurgical processes.
Qualifications
- BSc / Bachelor’s Degree / BTech in Civil/ Industrial Engineering
Requirements
- Medically fit
- Unemployed
- Driver’s license
- Candidate must not have been in a similar Graduate Programme previously
