Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Punctuality: Arrive on time for your shifts and stay until they are completed.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
- Order Management: Efficiently take and manage multiple orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Food Preparation: Adhere to McDonald’s guidelines to prepare menu items correctly.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are correct and properly packaged.
- Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment.
- Safety and Security: Follow all McDonald’s safety and security procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with your crew and managers to achieve sales goals.
- Stock Monitoring: Keep track of inventory to ensure adequate supply.
- Flexibility: Be available to work various hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Learning and Development: Be open to training and new learning opportunities to maintain hygiene standards.
