The successful candidates will assist with beneficiary screenings, grant reviews, data capturing, document verification, and community review operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct beneficiary screenings and manual applications
- Perform file-level reviews and validations
- Assist beneficiaries with service navigation
- Verify supporting documents and information
- Conduct home visit reviews for frail or immobile beneficiaries
- Participate in mobile review operations in remote areas
- Update records on the SOCPEN system and related platforms
- Capture and maintain grant data accurately
- Identify cases involving suspension, lapsing, or overpayments
- Prepare and file review reports and documents
- Scan and index documentation for audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards

Key Duties

- Support accurate debt recording and audit compliance
- Assist with timely preparation of financial statements
