Learnership Overview
Coca-Cola Unemployed Learnerships Visual Merchandiser 2026 Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an opportunity for unemployed youth to join the Visual Merchandiser Learnership Programme in Ermelo, Mpumalanga.
This structured work-based learning programme is designed to equip learners with practical merchandising, sales, and customer service skills within the FMCG industry.
The role reports directly to the Account Developer.
Purpose of the Learnership
The programme aims to develop learners by providing:
- Commercial and merchandising experience
- Customer service and sales exposure
- Practical in-store execution skills
- Knowledge of order-taking and merchandising standards
- Workplace readiness within the beverage industry
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Execution & Merchandising
- Execute daily call schedules across assigned outlets
- Implement visual merchandising standards and displays
- Ensure product visibility, quality, and stock availability
- Conduct stock rotation according to company standards
- Complete iRED survey and execution scorecards
- Support customers with MyCCBA ordering platform
- Assist with promotional activities and brand visibility
- Provide relief support when required by management
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with:
- Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)
- English and a second language (minimum 40%)
- South African citizen
- Between 18 and 35 years old
- Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
- Must not be studying full-time or enrolled in another learnership
- Must not have completed the same qualification previously
- Must be willing to work six days a week
- No criminal record or adverse credit record
- Must consent to criminal, ID, and qualification verification checks

Qualification Information
